Abstract

This work has as an aim the synthesis of piezoelectric ceramics of type PZT of structure perovskite, then determination of the morphotropic border of phase (MBP) where the phase's tétragonale and rhomboedric coexist. This ceramics was prepared according to the method of the mixtures of oxides. Interest of our work, aporter on the reactional study of formation of solid solution PZT, in the presence of the doping agents: Al2O3, CuO and Sb2O3, using the method of diffraction of the X-ray. The systematic study of ternary system: XPbZrO3-YPbTiO3-ZPb(Al1/5,Cu1/5,Sb3/5)O3 in order to determine the morphotropic border of phase (MBP) by using the method of diffraction of the X-ray Finally, the effect of the temperature of sintering on the density and porosity was studied in order to reach the temperature which corresponds to the product of better quality
