Abstract
الهدف الرئيسي لهذا البحت هو دراسة زحف أسلاك الألومنيوم المصنعة بأسلوب القلد. لهذا الغرض قمنا بدراسة أسلاك بتشوهات قبلية مختلفة (89,76 ، 92,45 و 96,41 % ) حيث خضعوا لتجارب الزحف بتغيير لقيم الإجهادات والحرارة. وتبين من النتائج أنه كلما ارتفعت الإجهادات وكذا الحرارة زادت سرعة التشوه مع تقلص زمن انهيار المعدن مما تسبب في انخفاض مقاومة الزحف. لاحظنا أن السلك المقلود والمعالج بالتلدين لمدة ساعتين أظهر مقاومة جيدة للزحف. حسب قيم أس الإجهاد وطاقة التنشيط استخلصنا أن ميكانيزم التشوه إنخلاعي. إن غالبية العينات الملاحظة بالمجهر الإلكتروني الماسح أظهرت سلوك لين.
