Abstract

This study is one of the most important topics and most dynamic on the international stage, it develops a growth of the 21 century in the care of persons with disabilities and protection…………………………………. Algerian state, as with all countries, no more cross-arms, but still ensures the interest of this social category, and this is reflected in the adoption of laws and regulations that provide support for people with disabilities, especially children with mental disabilities. Centered on the study, which included five chapters, the first chapter is devoted to a general framework for the study, which included the problem of the study hypothesis, relevance and causes selected for the purpose behind it, and previous studies on the basic concepts of the study…………………………………………………………………………………………… While the second chapter provides for mentally disabled children in Algeria in the field of education policy, which separate the two topics included basic first section is a theoretical approach to study education. The third chapter dealt provide for mentally disabled children in Algeria in the field of social inclusion policy, the other principals have included two sections: the first in my entry to the study of social inclusion, while the second part, the stu dy focused on the objectives of social integration of children with mental disabilities and the results of this integration…………………………………………………………………… The 4th chapter handled provided for mentally disabled children in Algeria in the field of social protection policy, which also included two sections, the first section is a gateway theory to the study of social protection, while the se cond part focused on the objectives and outcomes of social protection for mentally disabled children in Algeria………………………………………………………………………………………… Finally, Chapter 5, comes methodology to study the procedures used to ensure the separation of the two topics are important: The first area in which the methodological procedures of the study on the approach taken in the study sample of study, study tools and the statistical methods used in the study.
