Abstract

Abstract Big cities develop increasingly certain problems involved in ‘‘Urban Heat Island’’, like the peaks of pollution and the energy overconsumption due to air-conditioning. The direct and indirect impact of urban features, although it is often overlooked, is an interesting way to reach a passive energy regulation. The presence of vegetation, fountains, water surface, allows to acting on the climatic context in order to reduce the thermal stress of summer. This Solution presents also a healthy and fair character. The objective of our study, is to evaluate the improvement, that provides the water bodies on the climatic conditions and consequently on energy consumption on the level of the buildings.
