Abstract
This study included the pattern of leadership of secondary school's mangers, it's impact to teachers. -Identifying the pattern of leadership which is expanded in secondary school education in El oued. -Identifying the motivational level for secondary school teachers. However, our study included a sample of 458 teacher of secondary school in 17 school in El oued. In addition to that, we have reached the following results: -The democratic pattern leadership is the most spreaded by the secondary school managers. -There are statistically significant differences in the motivational level between teachers whom working under the democratic managers, dictator mangers, the first kind democratic were the best. -There are no statistically significant differences in the motivational level achievement for teachers according to sex, the pattern of leadership that was used by manager. -There are statistically significant differences in the motivational level achievement for teachers according to sex, the pattern of leadership that was used by manager is totally different. The best democratic pattern leadership was democratic. -There are no statistically significant differences in the motivational level for teachers according to specialization, the pattern of leadership that was used by manager. -There are statistically significant differences in the motivational level for teachers according to specialization in difference of pattern leadership that was used by manager. The best was the democratic. -There are no statistically significant differences in the motivational level for teachers according to seniority; to the some pattern of leadership that was used by manager unless in the teacher samples seniority of 10 up to 20 years democratic. -There are statistically significant differences in the motivational level for teachers according to seniority, in difference of pattern leadership that was used by manage.
