Abstract

RESUME : La catégorie professionnelle des médecins exerçant dans les hôpitaux publics est confrontée à une différence entre ce qui existe sur le terrain et les perceptions qu'elle en porte. En conséquence, cette étude visait à révéler la réalité de la dépendance du médecin vis-à-vis de ses représentations A partir d'informations, de situations, et autres sur son domaine de travail, liées à ses pratiques quotidiennes, en répondant à la question : - Comment l'éthique professionnelle du médecin de l'hôpital Mahad Abdelkader de Djelfa affecte-t-elle ses pratiques ? Cette question a été divisée en trois sous-questions selon les dimensions visées dans l'étude, qui sont : 1. Comment les informations détenues par le médecin de l'hôpital Mehad Abdel Qader contribuent-elles à l'exercice de sa profession ? 2. Quelles sont les attitudes du médecin de l'hôpital Mahad Abdel Qader vis-à-vis de sa profession ? 3. Comment le travail du médecin à l'hôpital Mahad Abdel Qader affecte-t-il sa pratique professionnelle ? Pour répondre à cette question, des entretiens de terrain ont été menés auprès d'un échantillon de vingt médecins de l'hôpital Mahad Abdel Qader de Djelfa au cours des six derniers mois de 2019. Où il s'est appuyé sur l'approche qualitative qui se concentre sur les significations, les connotations, les énoncés et les perceptions des acteurs et de leurs expériences de vie. L'étude a conclu que le médecin ne peut pas toujours exercer sa profession conformément à ses représentations de l'éthique de la profession en raison de diverses restrictions humaines, juridiques et administratives, et que cette pratique évolue en fonction de ces déterminants qui la contrôlent et la dirigent, donc une nouvelle la reconstruction d'autres représentations est constante. ABSTRACT : There is a visible difference between the actual field and what it carries from perceptions concerning the professional category of doctors that working public hospitals. Therefore, this study aims to reveal the reality of the doctor’s dependence on his statuses that consist of several information and attitudes as to his work in which It has a concern of daily practice. Thus, here we are going to answer some questions: - How do the ethics of professional work of the doctor at Mahad Abdelkader Hospital in Djelfa affect his practices? This question has been divided into three sub-questions according to the intended dimensions of the study, namely: 1. How does the information that the doctor possesses at Mahad Abdel Qader Hospital contribute to his practice of his profession? 2. What are the attitudes of the doctor at Mahad Abdel Qader Hospital towards his profession? 3. How does the doctor’s field of work at Mahad Abdel Qader Hospital affect his professional practice? To answer these questions, face to face interviews were conducted with a sample of twenty doctors at the Mahad Abdel Qader Hospital in Djelfa during the last semester of 2019. In which the qualitative approach was adopted to focus on the meaning, connotations, implications and perceptions of the doers and their living experiences. The study concludes that the doctor cannot always practice his profession according to his status of the ethics of the profession due to various material, human, legal, and administrative restrictions. Moreover, this practice changes according to these determinants that it controls and directs; thus, rebuilding new status continuously is recommended. Accordingly, we come up to hypothesizes following: The doctor’s status of profession’s ethics work by building their practices in a way that it is influenced by the determinants of the regulatory environment, and these practices, in return, constantly generate others.
