Abstract

RESUME : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى: الكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين الكفاءة التدريسية والالتزام الصحي لدى المعلمين المصابين بأمراض مزمنة (داء السكري وارتفاع ضغط الدم)، معرفة مستوى كل منهما والتحقق من وجود فروق في كلى المتغيرين تبعا لبعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية. وطبقت على عينة قصدية قومها (48) معلما ومعلمة يدرسون بالمدارس الابتدائية لمدينة الوادي (28) منهم ذكورا، و(20) منهم اناث. حيث استجابوا على مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية للمعلمين لـ"تشانن-موران" و"ولفولك"(2001) ترجمة "هدى الخلايلة"(2011) بعد تكييفه على البيئة الجزائرية من قبل الباحثة، ومقياس الالتزام الصحي لمرضى السكري و/أو ارتفاع ضغط الدم اعداد الباحثة. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أن المعلمين المصابين بأمراض مزمنة لديهم مستوى عالي من الكفاءة التدريسية ومستوى متوسط من الالتزام الصحي، وأنه لا توجد فروق دالة في الكفاءة التدريسية لدى هؤلاء المعلمين تعزى لمتغيري الجنس وسنوات خبرة التدريس، في حين أنه توجد فروق دالة في فاعلية المعلم في مشاركة التلاميذ في العملية التعليمية التعلمية لديهم تعزى لسنوات خبرة التدريس لصالح المعلمين الأقل خبرة. كما أنه لا توجد فروق دالة في الالتزام الصحي لديهم تعزى للجنس والسن. ABSTRACT : This study aims to: reveal the correlation between teaching efficacy and health commitment for teachers with chronic diseases (Diabetes and Hypertension), knowing the level of both teaching efficacy and health commitment, checking for the presence of differences in each variable separately according to some variables demographic. this study was applied to a sample consisted of (48) Male and female teachers teaches in primary schools of El Oued city, (28) of whom are male, and (20) of whom are females. Where they responded to the teachers self-efficacy scale "Tschannen-Moran" &"Woolfolk", (2001) translated by "Huda Al-khalaileh" (2011), after it was adapted to the Algerian environment by the researcher, and a measure of health commitment for patients with diabetes and / or Hypertension prepared by the researcher. The results of the study yielded that teachers with chronic diseases have a high level of teaching efficacy and a medium level of health commitment, and there are no significant differences of teaching efficacy for teachers with chronic diseases attributable to the two variables of sex and the years of teaching's experience, while there are significant differences in the effectiveness of the teacher in the participation of students in the educational process of teachers with diseases with chronic diseases attributable to years of teaching experience for the favor of less experienced teachers. Also, there are no significant differences in the health commitment for teachers with chronic diseases attributable to the two variables of sex and age, while there are significant differences in the health commitment attributed to the type of disease in favor of diabetics.
