Abstract
ABSTRACT : This study discusses the methods of organizational communication and its reflection on the activation of the performance of human resources in the organization - field study at the Cable Industry Corporation of Biskra. It all started with the main question: What is the reflection of the modes of communication on the activation of the performance of human resources in the organization? Three sub-questions arise from this question: What is the reflection of the top-down communication style on the performance of employees in the organization? What is the reflection of the bottom-up communication style on the performance of employees in the organization? What is the reflection of the transversal communication style on the performance of employees in the organization? the descriptive approach was systematically adopted, the sample included 140 workers out of the total number of 627 workers in the implementation of the Cable Industry Corporation in Biskra, and its main tool was the questionnaire and the interview as a support tool . It concluded a set of results, the most important of which are: - That there is a weakness in the downward communication channels in the institution. - Downward communication was present, but its presence was not fluid enough to allow the flow of information in the establishment. - The transversal flow between colleagues between them, and between departments between them was strongly present and had a positive impact on the performance of employees. - The weakness of the downward communication channels negatively affects the performance of the worker due to the intensity of the commands and instructions that descend, and the weakness of the modes of transmission characterized by dryness makes the worker a mere receiving machine. In general, communication methods had a clear and obvious reflection on the performance of human resources in the organization in both directions (positive and negative)
