Abstract
Internal control system is a set of procedures implemented by the company that works in accordance with the laws and the regulations determined by the administration to ensure good performance reflecting that the company runs properly to improve its performance and protect property and maintain the credibility of accounting information. This right system is one of the most important components of internal control system that works in accordance with the law and the nature of the business based on an integrated set of records and account statements to meet the needs of the project carried out under strict surveillance and effective control. The objective of this study is to show the nature of the relationship between accounting information system and the effectiveness of internal control system, taking Tindal company as an object of study following a scientific method of research based on appropriate questionnaires.
