Abstract

RESUME ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين الذكاء الوجداني والاحتراق النفسي تبعا لمتغير الخبرة المهنية لدى مربي الأطفال المتخلفين ذهنيا، ومن أجل ذلك اعتمدنا على أسلوب تعدد المناهج (المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه الارتباطي والمنهج العيادي من خلال دراسة الحالة)، تكونت عينة الدراسة الوصفية الارتباطية من 100 مربي للعام الدراسي (2015/2016) موزعين على ستة مراكز في ثلاث ولايات (الجزائر العاصمة، بومرداس، البويرة) اختيروا بطريقة المسح الشامل، كما تم دراسة حالتين إحداهما تعاني من احتراق نفسي مرتفع والأخرى من احتراق نفسي منخفض، تمثلت أدوات الدراسة الوصفية الارتباطية في مقياس ماسلاك للاحتراق النفسي وقائمة بارون للذكاء الوجداني اللذان تم التأكد من خصائصهما السيكومترية ( الصدق والثبات)، أما أدوات الدراسة العيادية تمثلت في المقابلة النصف موجهة ومقياس بارون للذكاء الوجداني، وتمثلت نتائج الدراسة في وجود علاقة عكسية قوية بين الذكاء الوجداني والاحتراق النفسي لدى مربي الأطفال المتخلفين ذهنيا، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في كل المتغيرين تبعا لمتغير الخبرة المهنية، وجاءت نتائج الدراسة العيادية مكملة ومدعمة لنتائج الدراسة الوصفية الارتباطية ABSTRACT : The study aims to reveal the nature of the relationship between the emotional intelligence and burnout depending on the variable of professional experience among breeders mentally retarded children, For this reason, we have relied on the method of multiple approaches (the descriptive approach and the clinical approach through the case study) The descriptive study sample consisted of 100 breeders for the academic year (2015/2016) Distributed in six centers in three states (Algiers, Boumerdes, Bouira) They were chosen in a manner comprehensive survey , We also relied on two case studies, One of them suffers from burnout high And the other from burnout low, The descriptive study with the help of both of Maslach burnout test and emotional intelligence scales, which was confirmed psychometric properties (validity and reliability), The clinical study tools consisted of a half-directed interview and a baron scale of emotional intelligence, The results of the study consisted in a strong inverse relationship between emotional intelligence and burnout among breeders mentally retarded children, And the existence of differences of statistical significance in all variables depending on the variable of professional experience, The results of the clinical study were complementary and supported by the results o f the descriptive study.
