Abstract

RESUME: Résumé de l'étude : Cette étude vise à tenter de révéler les attitudes des partenaires sociaux vis-à-vis des récentes réformes éducatives dans le domaine des valeurs, de la pédagogie et de l'épistémologie (cognitive), et si ces tendances sont plutôt positives ou négatives. en tant qu'acteur du changement social et aussi de connaître les méthodes utilisées par les partenaires sociaux pour influer sur l'élaboration des politiques éducatives, la question générale de l'étude était donc la suivante : quelle est la nature des attitudes des partenaires sociaux vis-à-vis de la réformes éducatives ? Pour atteindre les objectifs de cette étude, nous avons utilisé l'approche descriptive car elle est la plus adaptée à de telles études. Le questionnaire a été l'outil par lequel nous avons collecté des informations, composé de 03 domaines conçus selon l'échelle de Likert en cinq points. distribué à un échantillon de 138 syndicalistes et associations représentant les membres des bureaux d'État des syndicats du secteur de l'éducation et des associations de parents d'élèves. Ensuite, nous avons distribué, déchargé et analysé les données à travers le logiciel statistique pour les sciences sociales SPSS, et les résultats de l'étude étaient les suivants : Les attitudes des partenaires sociaux sont négatives vis-à-vis de la dimension valorisante des réformes éducatives en Algérie Les attitudes des partenaires sociaux sont négatives vis-à-vis de la dimension pédagogique des réformes éducatives en Algérie. Les attitudes des partenaires sociaux sont négatives vis-à-vis de la dimension épistémologique (cognitive) des réformes éducatives en Algérie. A travers cette étude, nous avons conclu à la nécessité de prendre un certain nombre de mesures pour améliorer l'attitude des partenaires sociaux vis-à-vis des récentes réformes éducatives, en les impliquant dans l'élaboration des politiques éducatives, et en maintenant l'école algérienne à l'écart des conflits idéologiques et politiques, en tenant compte de ces réformes spécifiques et de la culture de la société algérienne. ABSTRACT : Summary of the study: This study aims to try to reveal the attitudes of social partners towards recent educational reforms in the area of values, pedagogy and (cognitive) epistemology, and whether these trends are rather positive or negative. as an actor of social change and also to know the methods used by social partners to influence the development of educational policies, the general question of the study was therefore: what is the nature of the attitudes of social partners towards educational reform? To achieve the objectives of this study, we used the descriptive approach as it is the most suitable for such studies. The questionnaire was the tool through which we collected information, consisting of 03 domains designed according to the five-point Likert scale. Distributed to a sample of 138 trade unionists and associations representing the members of the state offices of the education sector unions and parent associations. Then, we distributed, downloaded and analyzed the data through the statistical software for social sciences SPSS, and the results of the study were as follows: The attitudes of the social partners are negative towards the valorizing dimension of educational reforms in Algeria The attitudes of the social partners are negative towards the pedagogical dimension of educational reforms in Algeria. The attitudes of the social partners are negative towards the epistemological (cognitive) dimension of educational reforms in Algeria. Through this study, we have concluded that it is necessary to take a number of measures to improve the attitude of the social partners towards the recent educational reforms, by involving them in the elaboration of educational policies, and by keeping the Algerian school away from ideological and political conflicts, taking into account these specific reforms and the culture of the Algerian society
