Abstract

RESUME : Cette étude vise à concevoir un programme de counseling suggéré basé sur la théorie decounseling logo. Dans le sens d'améliorer l'identité professionnelle et d'augmenter la capacité de prendre la décision professionnelle chez un échantillon d'étudiants du première année lycée. Le programme de counseling vise à améliorer l'identité professionnelle et à augmenter la capacité de prendre la décision professionnelle, en tant qu’une variable qui pose un vrai problème aux étudiants et qui a besoin ducounseling, en utilisant les méthodes et les techniques de logo counseling, se basant sur l'approche quasi-expérimentale avec un plan à échantillon unique, à deux mesures (pré- et post-test) . ABSTRACT : This study aims to design a suggested counseling program based on the logo counseling theoryin improving professional identity and increasing professional decision-making ability in a sample of first-year secondary school students. The counseling program aims to enhance professional identity and increase the ability to make professional decision, as a variable that cause a real problem for students and which needs counseling, using logo counseling methods and techniques, based on the quasi-experimental approach, with a one-sample design, with two measurements (pre- and post-test).
