Abstract

تعتبر ثورة الجزائر معجزة القرن العشرين لانها لم تكن وليدة الظروف الآنية أو العابرة، ولم تكن ثورة حزب أو فئة ضد أحزاب أو فئات أخرى، وإنما هي ثورة الشعب الجزائري كله ضد الظلم والاضطهاد الفرنسي، ونظرا لأهمية الثورة الوطنية فإن الجزائر تعد أرضا خصبة للعديد من الكتاب والمؤرخين لتقديم محاصيل تجاربهم أو خبرتهم التي تقتصر على تسجيل الأحداث العسكرية المتلاحقة وعرض ووصف الوقائع المختلفة التي انتهجتها هذه الثورة لمواجهة العدو وما حققته من نتائج في مختلف المعارك التي عرفتها. وجاءت هذه الدراسات عامة لا تغوص في ثنايا تاريخ الثورة من الداخل لمعرفة الكيفية التي عملت بها والاطر والهياكل التنظيمية سواء في الداخل أو الخارج، ومدى تفاعلها مع بعضها البعض لإدراك التنسيق والتعاون في ما بينها وما عرفت من عراقيل وصعوبات في هذا المجال. وفي هذا الإطار يأتي هذا البحث الذي يحمل عنوان "الولاية الأولى وعلاقاتها بالولايات التاريخية 1956-1962" وهو محاولة أردت من خلالها تسليط الضوء على العلاقة التي تربط الولاية الأولى التاريخية بباقي الولايات وأثر ذلك على مسار الثورة ولم يكن الهدف من الدراسة التجزئة وإنما اختياري للأوراس بهدف الانطلاق من الجزء إلى الكل للوقوف عند أهم الظروف والأسباب التي جعلت هذه العلاقات متذبذبة وغير منتظمة في مختلف مراحل الثورة Resume : The Algerian revolution is considered the miracle of the twentieth century because it was not the result of immediate or transient circumstances, and it was not the revolution of a party or group against other parties or groups, but rather the revolution of the entire Algerian people against French oppression and oppression, and given the importance of the national revolution, Algeria is a fertile ground for many writers And historians to present the crops of their experiences or experience that is limited to recording the successive military events and presenting and describing the various facts that this revolution pursued to confront the enemy and the results it achieved in the various battles it knew. These studies came in general and did not delve into the history of the revolution from the inside to know how they worked, the frameworks and organizational structures, whether at home or abroad, and the extent of their interaction with each other in order to realize coordination and cooperation among them, and the obstacles and difficulties that were known in this field. In this context, this research comes under the title "The First State and Its Relations with the Historical States 1956-1962", and it is an attempt through which I wanted to shed light on the relationship that links the first historical state with the rest of the states and its impact on the course of the revolution. Starting from the part to the whole to stand at the most important circumstances and reasons that made these relations fluctuate and irregular in the various stages of the revolution.
