Therefore, the study sought to highlight the importance of the development and application of social intelligence in the leadership of institutions. In addition, a series of theoretical and applied chapters were discussed in order to answer the problem of the study based on the main question: How does the leader's knowledge and social capacities contribute to the application of organizational problem-solving methods within institutions in the field of study? To answer this question, the following partial questions must be answered: - How does the leader employ the dimensions of social intelligence in applying methods of reducing regulatory pressures in institutions in the field of study? - How does the leader employ the dimensions of social intelligence in applying methods of reducing organizational conflict in institutions in the field of study? - How does the leader employ the dimensions of social intelligence in applying ways of promoting organizational loyalty in institutions in the field of study? In order to formulate the topic in a scientific and accurate manner, preliminary and interim answers have been developed through the following hypotheses: General hypothesis: The leader's knowledge and social capacities contribute to the application of organizational problem-solving methods within institutions in the field of study. Partial hypotheses are: - The leader employs the dimensions of social intelligence in applying methods of reducing organizational pressures in institutions in the field of study. - The leader employs social intelligence dimensions in the application of organizational conflict reduction methods in institutions in the field of study. - The leader employs the dimensions of social intelligence in the application of methods to promote organizational loyalty in institutions in the field of study. In order to achieve the study's objectives, the descriptive curriculum was used, drawing on the questionnaire as a key tool in data collection and applied in two ways: The first is the comprehensive survey of the leadership of the two institutions consisting of 148 leaders, 33 of whom are in the textile institution and 115 in the cement institution. However, 130 questionnaires have been retrieved. The second is the class sample of employees, consisting of 209 employees and workers and distributors of various interests, representing 15% of the total number of the study community estimated at 318 in the textile institution and 1075 in the cement institution. In terms of quantitative data processing, a series of statistical methods have been used. Thus, after the hypothesis test, the study reached the following results: - The first partial result: There is a statistically significant correlation between the leader's employment of social intelligence dimensions and the application of methods to reduce organizational pressures in the field of study to a low degree of 20%. - The second partial result: there is a statistically significant correlation between the leader's employment of social intelligence dimensions and the application of methods of reducing organizational conflict in institutions in the field of study to a strong of 60%. - The third partial result: a statistically significant relationship exists between the leader's employment of social intelligence dimensions and the application of methods to promote organizational loyalty in institutions in the field of study at an average rate of 40%. - General hypothesis: There is a statistically significant correlation between a leader's employment of cognitive and social skills for social intelligence and management of organizational problems in institutions in the field of study at 66.66%.
