Abstract

The history of the human progress evolved in the same way as that of innovation, this latter transforms an idea into a product ,process or service. But there is also nonmaterial and organizing innovation, and the new technologies are part of their visible result. The successful innovations depend directly or indirectly on the Important place that the function R&D occupies in the chart of the enterprise, and on investment in the R&D . The developed countries have found out that innovation implies to their economy and consider it as a means for progressing. Nowadays these countries constitute the greatest economies of the world and push back the limits of the technological progress thanks to their enterprises which create and additional value by investing in intellectual activities rather than in machines and equipments .But whether it is in the technologies , these countries know that they must continue to innovate in order to remain in the first rank. This is also valid for the developing countries which can use vector of accelerated progress. What it is left to know to achieve innovation successfully. The Algerian enterprise, in its side , finds itself in front of a tremendous competitive challenge , and in order to take up a position in the world market and rein pace it , Algerian enterprise must adopt an efficient strategy of innovation ,invest in the domains of the R&D ,and acquire human competences.
