Abstract
Euro-Mediterranean partnership it’s not just an idea proposed by the union European to country of south band of Mediterranean, but now it’s a fact, we must to followed all what hold this project. from all what we have been proceeded we conclude that this project of euro-Mediterranean partnership have a negative effect more than positive effect specially one the competitive of industry , which consider one of the pillar of development of each country. Although, all the efforts that have been made to increase and to develop its competitive, means that will enhance more menacing and impression, noting that the convention focus on the commercial side more that productivity side which will result a lot of catastrophic problems we will never resolved
