Abstract

RESUME : هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن العلاقة الكامنة بين متغير الإتصال الرقمي ممثلا في فسبوك ومتغير الوعي الصحي بأبعاده المعرفية والوجدانية والسلوكية ، وإبراز أهم فروق الوعي الصحي المحقق التي تعزى الى متغيرات ( الجنس ، السن ، المستوى التعليمي ، مستوى الدخل ) لدى عينة من مستخدمي المحتوى الصحي في المجموعات والصفحات المتخصصة بالصحة في فيسبوك و المصابين بمرض السكري ومرض ضغط الدم المزمن ، وبعد تقصي متغيرات الدراسة نظريا والوقوف على مختلف أبعادها والسعي الى تتبع أهداف الدراسة ميدانيا آخذين في عين الاعتبار المبررات العلمية التي إقتضت أن تكون دراستنا ضمن الدراسات الوصفية ، فقد إعتمدنا على المنهج المسحي الأكثر ملاءمة لمعالجة مثل هذه الدراسات ، والذي كان بمثابة قاعدة يستند عليها البحث الميداني في معالجة موضوع الدراسة من كل الجوانب الممكنة ، حيث تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والذي احتوى على ثلاث محاور أساسية بما مجموعه (32) عبارة وزعت على عينة قدرت بـ (306) مفردة تمثل فئة المصابين بمرض السكري ومرض الضغط الدموي المزمن ، والذين ينشطون ضمن المجموعات والصفحات المتخصصة في فيسبوك ، وأختيرت العينة بطريقة عشوائية ، حيث تمت المعالجة الإحصائية بالاعتماد على الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والاستدلالية والمتمثلة في التكرارات والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية ، ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون واختبار T-TEST واختبار One way anova والاختبارات البعدية ، التي أفضت الى الحصول على بيانات تم تحليلها ومعالجتها عبر برنامج التحليل الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية spss النسخة 26 وخلصت الدراسة الى ما يلي : -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات المبحوثين والوعي الصحي بأبعاده المعرفية والوجدانية والسلوكية تعزى لمتغير الجنس - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات المبحوثين والوعي الصحي المحقق تعزى لمتغير المستوى السن. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات المبحوثين والوعي الصحي المحقق تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات المبحوثين والوعي الصحي المحقق تعزى لمتغير مستوى الدخل. ABSTRACT : This study aimed to reveal the inherent relationship between the digital communication variable, represented by Facebook, and the health awareness variable with its cognitive, emotional, and behavioral dimensions. It aimed also to highlight the most important achieved health awareness differences that are attributed to the variables (gender, age, educational level, and income level) among a sample of health content users in the health specialized groups and pages on Facebook and people with diabetes and chronic blood pressure disease. After investigating the variables of the study theoretically, identifying their various dimensions, and seeking to track the objectives of the study in the field, taking into consideration the scientific justifications that required our study to be among the descriptive studies. We relied on the survey method as the most suitable for dealing with such studies. It served as a basis upon which the field research was based in addressing the subject of the study from all possible aspects. We relied on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, which contained three basic axes with a total of 32 statements distributed to a sample estimated at 306 participants representing the category of people with diabetes and chronic high blood pressure, who are active in specialized groups and pages on Facebook. The sample was chosen in a randomly manner, and statistical processing was carried out based on descriptive and inferential statistical methods, represented by frequencies, arithmetic means, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficient,T-test, the One Way Anova test, and post-tests. This led to obtaining data that was analyzed and processed using the Statistical Analysis Program for the Social Sciences (SPSS), version 26. The study concluded with the following: There are no statistically significant differences between the respondents’ answers and health awareness in its cognitive, emotional and behavioral dimensions due to the gender variable. - There are statistically significant differences between the respondents’ answers and the health awareness achieved due to the variable age level. - There are statistically significant differences between the respondents’ answers and the health awareness achieved due to the educational level variable - There are statistically significant differences between the respondents’ answers and the health awareness achieved due to the income level variable.
