Abstract
The main objective of this thesis is toanalyzedi�erencesqueuingsystemswithBernoullifeedbackwhentheprobabilityofthislatestphenomenadependsonthenumberofcustomersinthesystem.At�rst,wehaveconsidered an M=M=1 queuewithBernoullifeedback,whereweanalyzedaparticularcasesofthem.Secondly,weconsider the parametricestimationofthecharacteristicsofthewaitingmodel M=M=1=N queue withBernoullifeedback.A simulationstudywascarriedoutwiththeobjectiveofanalyzingthee�ectofestimatingthestartingparameters of thewaitingsysteminquestiononthestatisticalpropertiesofitsperformancemeasurementestimatorsobtained via theplug-inmethod.Whereathroughdiscreteeventsimulationtechnique,wehaveanalyzedthe GI=GI=1 queue systemwithBernoullifeedback.Numericalandgraphicanalyzesarecarriedouttoshowthee�ectofthe distribution ofinter-arrivalstimes,thedistributionofservicetimes,theprobabilityofFeedback,andthetra�c intensityonthestationarycharacteristicsofthesysteminquestionandallowedustodrawimportantconclusions on thebehaviorofthesecharacteristics.
