Abstract

RESUME : إن موضوع الدراسة ينحصر أساسا حول تبيــان دور رياض الأطفال في بناء شخصية الطفل باعتباره عنصر أساسي في المجتمع لإعداده للمستقبل ، فالاهتمام بالطفل ضرب من ضروب التحضر والرقي فضلا عن كونه مطلبا إنسانيا محتوما ،وعلى اعتبار الطفل كالبذرة الجيدة المستعدة للإنبات وواجب الوالدين تعهد هذه النبتة بالتربة الصالحة والتي تتمثل في المحيط الذي ينمو فيه ابتداء من الأسرة فالروضة التي لها أهمية في تكوين شخصيته ، بالإضافة إلى كونها مرحلة تمهيد واستعداد وتأهب لدخوله المدرسة، ولا تقل أهمية شخصية معلمة الروضة لدورها الفعال ، ولقدرتها التأثير على الطفل، كما أن للبرامج المتبعة دور كبير في تحقيق الأهداف المسطرة من قبل الروضة ،وقد تم ملامسة ذلك فعليا من خلال ما تم التوصل إليه في هذه الدراسة التي أجريت برياض الأطفال بمدينة خنشلة حيث تتولى رعاية الأطفال ولها الدور الأمثل في تكوين شخصية الطفل و ربطه بمحيطه الخارجي وتهيئته للالتحاق بالمدرسة وإرساء أهم قواعد سلوكه من خلال برامجها التربوية الفعالة في تنشئة الطفل. ABSTRACT : The subject of this study is to highlight the role of kindergarten in building the child’s personality. Being the essential element in the construction of the future society, taking care of children is a sign of a civilized society, as well as a response to human values and requirements. It is the duty of parents to provide the seed with all conditions of a successful growth, starting with a positive environment. Thus, the kindergarten is of high importance as a preparatory stage to access school. The profile and personality of a kindergarten teacher, in addition to the content of programs and courses they provide, plays a major role in achieving the targets, and this what we experienced during this study by observing various kindergartens in the city of Khenchela, where children are receiving care and their personalities are built and connected with their external environment to prepare them to join schools and set the main rules of conduct through their eminent educational programs.
