Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية الموسومة بـ الكفايات التربوية وعلاقتها بدافعية الإنجاز لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، الى معرفـة ما إذا كانت هناك علاقـة ارتباطية دالـة إحصـائيا بين الكفايـات التربوية ودافعية الإنجـاز لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي، وهي دراسة ميدانية أجريت على ثانويات ومتاقن ولاية بسكرة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي ، واستخدم طريقة الحصر الشامل أي انه اخذ جميع مفردات المجتمع والبالغ عددهم 126 أستاذ/ة موزعين على 59 ثانوية ، واستخدم الباحث اداتين للدراسة وهما: استبيان الكفايات التربوية ، واستبيان دافعية الإنجاز من إعداد الباحث وتم تحليل البيانات بالاعتماد على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS-20)، اسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: 01- أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية الذين يدرسون بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي والتابعين لولاية بسكرة يمتلكون مستوى عال من الكفايات التربوية الأساسية المعتمدة في موضوع الدراسة. 02- يتمتع أساتذة مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية الذين يدرسون بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي والتابعين لولاية بسكرة بدافعية انجاز عالية. 03- توجد علاقة ارتباطية في اتجاه موجب دالة إحصائيا بين الكفايات التربوية ودافعية الانجاز لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي، حيث بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباطR= 0.241 . 04- يوجد ارتباطفي اتجاه موجب وضعيف غير دال إحصائيا بالنسبة لعلاقة بعد كفاية التخطيط ودافعية الإنجاز لدى عينة الدراسة، حيث بلغت قيمة معامل الإرتباط0.152R=. 05- يوجد ارتباط في اتجاه موجب وضعيف غير دال إحصائيا بالنسبة لعلاقة بعد كفاية التنفيذ ودافعية الانجاز لدى عينة الدراسة حيث بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباطR=0.203 . 06- يوجد ارتباطفي اتجاه موجب وضعيف دال إحصائيا بالنسبة لعلاقة بعد كفاية التقويم ودافعية الانجاز لدى عينة الدراسة حيث بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباطR=0.304. 07- يوجد ارتباطفي اتجاه موجب وضعيف دال إحصائيا بالنسبة لعلاقة بعد كفاية التواصلودافعية الإنجاز لدى عينة الدراسة حيث بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباط0.346R=. Abstract: The current study, under the name of "educational adequacies and their relationship to achievement motivation among teachers of physical and sports education", aims to find out whether there is a statistical significant correlation between educational adequacies and achievement motivation among teachers of physical and sports education in secondary school stage.The field study was conducted on secondary schools of the city of Biskra.For achieving the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach in its correlative style, where the researcher used the comprehensive inventory method, in which he took all the members of the community who were numbered 126 professors distributed over 57 secondary schools. The researcher used two tools for the study, namely: the educational adequacy questionnaire, and the achievement motivation questionnaire prepared by the researcher. The data was analyzed by relying on the Statistical Package in Social Sciences (SSPSS20) program where the results were as follows - Teachers of physical and sports education, who teach at the secondary school and who are affiliated with the city of Biskra, possess a high level of the basic educational adequacies used in the subject of study. - Teachers of physical and sports education who teach at the secondary schooland whoare affiliated with the city of Biskra possess a high achievement motivation. - There is a positive statistical significant correlation between educational adequacies and achievement motivation among teachers of physical and sports education in secondary school where the value of the correlation coefficient was R = 0.241. - There is a weak positive and non-statistically significant correlation in the relationship between the dimension of planning adequacy and achievement motivation in the study sample where the value of the correlation coefficient was R = 0.152. - There is a weak positive and non-statistically significant correlation in the relationship between the dimension of implementation adequacy and achievement motivation in the study sample where the value of the correlation coefficient R = 0.203. - There is a weak positive statistically significant correlation in the relationship between the dimension of evaluation adequacy and achievement motivation in the study sample where the value of the correlation coefficient R = 0.304. - There is a weak positive and a statistically significant correlation in the relationship between the dimension of communication adequacy and achievement motivation in the study sample where the value of the correlation coefficient was R = 0.346.
