Abstract
ABSTRACT : This study dealt with the correlation between the administrative leadership style and its relationship to the job stability of employees, and it also included the issue of organizational justice as a mediating variable. On the stability of the company's employees, and there is a close relationship to the dimensions of organizational justice with the job stability of employees.
