Abstract
Abstract If culture is defined as the sciences, knowledge, beliefs, culture, morals and all the abilities that the individual contributes to his society,it has ideological and spiritual paths and practical model, each generation has its own culture made up of its past and its contemporary,and if globalization is a technical revolution which has made the borders between countries disappear and the tantalization of exchanges between all humanity on the cultural level, which has become a daily reality leading to a change in lifestyles and standards, it is a fact which is exerted on by the ideas and the transmission of its material and immaterial elements between cultures, of these elements achieves cultural transformation under the influence of globalization culture; or in other words what is possible to be globalized is knowledge, sciences, knowledge, beliefs, ideas, arts, morals, values, habits and traditions. The undeniable truth is that the transmission of cultural elements between different cultures is only carried out by the means of communication is on all the television that broadcasts this culture, what makes television an exceptional element is by what you listen to and watch, he also has great strength of conviction, for this it has the power of influence and social change. Television is linked to the wide sense of culture and cultural information; which means that every media message contains cultural content, cultural information merges culture as content and television as a tool, hence the transmission of cultural content using television and its qualities. In this context fits our research entitled: the cultural information system of Algerian television in the light of globalization, based on the following main question: Does the culturalinformation message of Algerian television intended for the Algerian receivers under the shadow of globalization, clearly include a nostalgia for the culture of globalization, and is it far from nationalist and civilization culture?or does the cultural information message of Algerian television reflect a position of individual identity and Algerian values ?Is that the cultural information of the information message of the Algerian television includes ideologies which consecrates the cultural identity of the Algerian people?. The objectives of our research: - To Know the content of the television cultural information debate programs. - What are the elements of value, language, religion, behavior, and consumption used by Algerian television and its relationship with cultural globalization. - to understand the symbolic image presented by the cultural information of Algerian television which influences individuals. - to Understand the product and the objectives of the information system of the cultural message of Algerian television. - Also for the purpose of making an attempt to understand the level of interest that Algerian television awards to local culture and the strategy of the media message of Algerian television intended for a society which has its cultural and historical specificities. - Try to understand the discreet content of the ideological debate that hides behind the cultural information on Algerian television. - We imagined that the information system of the Algerian television works for the consecration of the manifestations of cultural globalization, we formulated this imagination according to the following main hypotheses: - Cultural information on Algerian television is a mixture of programs under the control of the cultural globalization system. We have also developed three subsidiary hypotheses as follows: - The cultural globalized benchmark is that which reigns in Algerian television debate programs. - The cultural debate programs of Algerian television is a mixture between Algerian culture and the globalization culture. - The local benchmark of Algerian values is that which controls almost all of the cultural debate programs on Algerian television. In order to give answers to the questions of our research in the light of its objectives, our research is based on the descriptive method, and we also used the content analysis tool and observation,For this we have developed a content analysis form, with three axes; The first axis contains the preliminary data, while the second axis included the type of content where we chose the type of content, the type of actor, type of cultural values, type of objectives, type of target audience, and type of degree of public participation,The third axis had for object the type of time, the type of the genre of the material used, the type of the used language, Its procedures allowed us to trace the steps of our field study and linked it with the theoretical side, to achieve the objectives of the research, by analyzing the results of the Field Study to conclude to the conclusions which confirm or reject the hypotheses of the study. The main results of our study: - The "El Mountada Al Thakafi" TV program, which is the sample of our research, dealt with several important questions, relating to culture, cultural information and identity, such as language, translation, novel, poetry, TV programs and cultural events, as well as education and teaching programs and general knowledge, the treatment rate of its subjects was diverse, the subject of the translation was ranked first with 21.58 %. - The "El Mountada Al Thakafi" TV program, which is the sample of our research, is based on the academic layer with a high scientific level, also it was based on the analysis of questions posed to the debates between journalists and government officials in as part of their specialty in the field of culture and higher education, researchers and university teachings were ranked first with a rate of 35.55%. - The "El Mountada Al Thakafi" TV program, which is the sample of our research, - The subsidiary type carrying the care and the preservation of the culture was classified first with a rate of 40.00%. - On the side of the target audience, it turned out that the program targeted in its subjects all categories, journalist, men of literature and all citizens, as well as women, teachers who benefited from the highest rate of 26.66%. - The program used to convey its ideas a style of discussion and direct debate, considering the influence of its artistic aspect, and the simple use of this type, the rate was considerable 90.35%. - The Arabic language dominated in The "El Mountada Al Thakafi" TV program, the rate of time for sustained Arabic language discussion, the current level and the slang level was 96.96%. In general, the results of the field research in accordance with the three subsidiary hypotheses, is that the cultural information system of Algerian television draws its elements from the identity of Algerian society, and does not agree with the main hypothesis as well as the first and second subsidiary hypotheses.
