Abstract

Have been deeper in this dimension through his studies at the foreign policy of the model chosen, "European Union" and orientations in the Maghreb region, according to the parameters theory known to the levels of Foreign Policy Analysis: Level systemic; where the structure of the system chaotic, and the nature of the distribution of cultural power in which an important role and specific Foreign Policy of the European Union towards the Maghreb region. and at the national level or domestic ; which includes decision-makers at the European level as elite cultural contributed to the process of European integration work on the dissemination of norms and principles of liberal democracy among the other members of the Union, and within the context of historical, cultural reflected on the Where political elites worked following the recent turn also to build a model age "of the European Union."
