Abstract
Both Alakhfash and Alfarra wrote two books with the same tittle " Meaning of th Quran " This dissertation explores and compares between the principal of Arabic grammar and language as cited in the two books . Waths remarkable in Alakhfash and Alfarra stadies is that they are made from within the text not without ,with no influence of philosophy or logic. Finally , the two books of Alakhfash and Alfarra shows a clear image of the principals of grammar and language in Basura and Kufa .
