Abstract

The value of knowledge is concentrated in the fact that the core activities of production of wealth through the application of ideas, information and basic concepts, and used for continuous improvement and production processes and new products are different, and innovative processes, products and services that were not known before, and on this basis, knowledge has become a source of strength and quality. The question is who is looking for an answer is: How can the management of institutions to determine the conditions governing the education of knowledge and its maintenance, and reuse and management of efficiency to total quality? The response suggests that this is achieved through the acquisition of such knowledge and control and enforcement, in order to be successful knowledge management in the company to be considered the pillars on which the human element, which plays a key role in the process of implementing knowledge management programs, which requires that there be enough qualified and training him to accommodate the demands of the transition to knowledge management programs and technology components they needed to provide the infrastructure for knowledge management systems needed to make the project management knowledge in the organization, and implementation of knowledge management and administrative activities of different production, which is an important factor in the development and knowledge inventory and production is not sufficient for a successful project if it had not been crowned with the practical application of this knowledge and incorporated in the continuous improvement , quality operations, make decisions based on information and knowledge, the participation of teams, and focus on the client and others. So come on this study to demonstrate the willingness of institutions for the purpose of knowledge management programs and through the study of these elements. In light of this trend made institutions for administrators to use the best and optimal management of available knowledge, can provide the overall quality of their institutions and the ability to excel in a rapidly changing environment.
