Abstract

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف على العلاقة بين التحمل النفسي وبعض السمات الشخصية للاعبي كرة القدم، وكذا الكشف على مستوى التحمل النفسي ومستوى السمات الشخصية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (150) لاعبا من بعض فرق الجهوي الأول رابطة باتنة صنف أكابر موسم 2023- 2024، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وتم استخدام مقياس التحمل النفسي الذي قام بإعداده كامل عبود حسين العزاوي (2004) والذي يضم 33 عبارة موزعة على ستة أبعاد وهي الالتزام، السيطرة، الانجاز، التحدي، الصمود، التأني ومقياس أبعاد السمات الشخصية لفرايبورج الذي يضم 56 عبارة موزعة على ثماني أبعاد وهي العصبية، العدوانية، الاكتئابية، القابلية للاستثارة، الاجتماعية، الهدوء، السيطرة، الكف واعتمد الباحث في معالجته على برنامج SPSS، المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية ومعامل بيرسون، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين التحمل النفسي وأبعاد السمات الشخصية للاعبي كرة القدم. - توجد علاقة عكسية متوسطة بين التحمل النفسي وبُعد سمة العصبية للاعبي كرة القدم - توجد علاقة عكسية قوية بين التحمل النفسي وبُعد سمة (العدوانية والاكتئابية والقابلة للاستثارة) للاعبي كرة القدم. - توجد علاقة بين طردية قوية التحمل النفسي وبُعد سمة (الاجتماعية والهدوء) للاعبي كرة القدم. - توجد علاقة بين طردية متوسطة التحمل النفسي وبُعد سمة السيطرة للاعبي كرة القدم. - توجد علاقة بين طردية ضعيفة التحمل النفسي وبُعد سمة الكف للاعبي كرة القدم. - مستوى التحمل النفسي مرتفع للاعبي كرة القدم - السمات الظاهرة هي الهدوء والاجتماعية والقليلة هي العدوانية والعصبية ABSTRACT : This study aims to reveal the relationship between psychological endurance and some personal traits of football players as well as unveiling both their levels of psychological endurance and personal traits. The study sample consisted of (150) players from some of the first regional teams of Batna League, senior class, for the 2023-2024 season. The study participants were chosen randomly. The researcher adhered to the descriptive correlation approach using the psychological endurance scale prepared by Kamel Abboud Hussein Al-Azzawi (2004), and which includes 33 statements distributed over six dimensions, namely commitment, control, achievement, challenge, steadfastness, and patience. Besides, the Freiburg Personality Trait Dimensions Scale, was employed, it includes 56 statements distributed over eight dimensions thatare nervousness, aggression, depression, susceptibility to irritation, sociability, calmness, control, and desistance. In order to analyze the findings, the researcher relied on the SPSS program, arithmetic averages, standard deviations, and Pearson's coefficient. Ultimately, the study concluded that: - There is a correlation between psychological endurance and the dimensions of the personality traits of football players. - There is a moderate inverse relationship between psychological endurance and the neuroticism dimension of football players - There is a strong inverse relationship between psychological endurance and the trait dimension (aggressive, depressive, and excitable) for football players. - There is a positive relationship between strong psychological endurance and the trait dimension (sociality and calmness) of football players. - There is a positive, moderate relationship between psychological endurance and the dimension of control trait for football players. - There is a direct relationship between weak psychological endurance and the hand trait dimension of football players. - The level of psychological endurance is high for football players The apparent traits are calm and social, while the few traits are aggressive and nervous
